Basic Property Walkthrough: A simple, straightforward video tour showcasing the property’s layout, flow, and key spaces. Available in horizontal or vertical format, with light editing for a clean presentation.
Social Media Reel: A short, vertical video designed for Instagram and Facebook, highlighting the property in an engaging format.
Cinematic Listing Video: A more advanced, storytelling-focused production with intentional shots, transitions, music, and detailed editing. Not yet Available.
Absolutely! Our standard packages are designed for homes up to 4,500 sq. ft. For larger properties, we’re happy to create a custom quote based on the size and scope of the property. Just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to discuss your needs.
Vacation rentals often require more than a standard property session. Additional spaces and amenities such as outdoor areas, hot tubs, game rooms, multiple living spaces, and guest accommodations may require more time to photograph and film. Pricing is based on the scope of the property and the amount of coverage needed to showcase it properly.
Before your session, we recommend decluttering countertops, making beds, opening blinds or curtains, turning on all interior lights, removing personal items when possible, and ensuring the property is clean and photo ready. We recommend reviewing our preparation guide if needed before your appointment to help your home look its best.
Most media is delivered within 1–3 business days. Video and specialty services may require additional time depending on the service and level of editing.
Need it sooner? Rush delivery is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. We’ll provide your estimated delivery timeline when your booking is confirmed.
Yes. We proudly serve Hayesville, North Carolina, and surrounding mountain communities. If your property is outside our standard service area, a travel fee may apply. We’ll discuss any travel costs before confirming your booking.
